They started putting up building paper (there will be 2 layers of 15# paper on the walls)and also doing all the window wrap. Don't know if they do it the same way in other states but window wrap is a big deal here in Seattle.

we use 1 layer of 30lb. or raindrop house wrap under cedar we use a breather mat. 30 lb felt wrinkles up niceley to allow moisture to escape behind the siding. thats the protocol out east any way.
