Basement can lighting has been roughed in. We're using all 5" Halo fixtures for the can lighting and some 4" Juno upstairs for wall washers.

- This house was built in 1929 on 6" unreinforced concrete foundation walls and 2x4 walls and rafters. After over 2 years of planning, procrastinating and surprise early arrivals (aka Lola), our house project is under way. We're gutting almost the entire first floor and adding a full second story. The basement is getting some interior drains under the slab as well as a couple new footings and posts to support the new loads.
