We're making progress! The first floor is almost completely sheathed in plywood now and they've started putting in the structure for the second floor. Lola is so excited about it that she's doing a wheelie down on the sidewalk!

Can you believe how quickly the framing is progressing? What is the estimated time of completion for 2nd floor framing and new roof placement?

I met the framers today and they're really nice young guys. My contractor (dugan) is set to return at the end of the week so I'll know more then...OH and met the dog too - it's a cute Weiriemer (sp?)
